Lydia E. Martinez-Alvarez is the Director of Educational Leadership at Paper Education. She is a recently retired Assistant Superintendent from Massachusetts. Lydia holds a bachelor of science in business, a master’s degree in education, and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in educational administration. In addition to her accomplishments in education, Lydia continues to impact the community by serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at Westfield State University, a member of the Board of Directors at the Springfield Museum, and has been awarded the 2022 La Lucha Award from Latinos for Education.
